         At Asian Products Direct Online Co. and asean-shopping.net, We strive to provide you the best combination of speed, security, reliability and cost when we choose a carrier to send products to you. Your purchases are packaged with the same care we would send items to ourselves and we are proud to add extra touches which you can be sure to appreciate! Shipping charges are as close to our actual cost as we can predict and we do not attempt to make shipping a profit center for the company. We hope this page addresses any questions you may have in regards to the safe shipment of your online purchases. Shipping Rates

         Shipping rates are typically listed on the item gallery page prior to selecting the item for your shopping cart. Some larger items or bulk items may not be listed due to our need to know where and how quickly you wish to receive the shipment.

Customs Duty, import taxes and/or VAT
         Recipients are responsible for any taxes or duties, which may be levied upon receipt by their Country of residence. asean-shopping.net cannot collect any duties or taxes in advance and will not be held responsible for any fees accessed by the local government at the shipments' destination. All packages will contain a packing slip, commercial invoice, customs declaration and any additional paperwork appropriate to the products and country receiving shipment.
(For example: Original Art bound for USA receives an ‘Original Art statement for Duty Free entry')
asean-shopping.net encourages all of our Customers to contact their local postal service and/or customs bureau and review regulations prior to placing an order.

Order processing times
         Once we receive your order and your confirmed payment, your order will be packed and shipped in 24 to 72 hours. Please allow additional 24-48 hours if your order is placed on a weekend or holiday. Some custom orders; for example, custom portraits may require an additional 7-10 days for creation. Specific item order processing times exceeding the normal processing times will be noted on the item listing under shipping info. Otherwise, we will contact you should your item require additional time to prepare for shipment.

Delivery Restrictions
         Please note that all of our shipments are sent with delivery confirmation so we will not ship items to a Post Office Box! (Street address only for signature confirmation.)
